Good Morning Everyone! I hope you had a great weekend! My Make It Monday Share is a Z-Fold Easel Card created with the Stamping Up! Happy Birthday To You stamp set and coordinating Birthday Dies. I used the Best Dressed "6 x 6" Designer Series Paper on the background. Then, I created the focal point using the Stitched So Sweetly Dies. Next, I colored the cake using the Stampin' Blends alcohol markers and added the sentiment from the Layered With Kindness stamp set and Label Me Lovely punch. Finally, I embellished with Lovely Lipstick Grosgrain Ribbon and Petal Pink Rhinestone Gems. This Fun Fold Card is sure to be a wow!

I have recently just come upon your blog and love it. I am trying to make this card but something I'm doing is just not right. It doesn't stand up like yours does. Do you think you could give a little more information in the directions on the assembly. Thanks so much!
ReplyDeleteHi Linda! Thank You So Much for visiting my blog and liking my projects! To make the card stand up, first position the bottom fold into the desired position. Then you need to add an embellishment under the fold line to act as a stopper. I used the Petal Pink Rhinestone Gems, but you can use anything. Then the card will stand upright. I hope this helps!
