Thursday Tip

Happy, Happy, Thursday Everyone! Today I have a few tips to help you with your Stampin' Up Ink Pads. As you may know, there are four different colors families now due to last year's Color Rennovation. They are the Brights, the Neutrals, the Regals, and the Subtles. One of the first things I do when buying an ink pad is to also purchase the reinker and marker at the same time. As your collection grows, you'll be glad that you did!

To keep all of your ink pads organized, the Stampin' Up Color Caddy is a wonderful addition to your craft room. It will hold 48 Classic Pads and refills. I added a small lazy susan style turntable to the bottom of it to help the Caddy turn easier. Since the ink pads do not have names on them on the sides, put a dot on each to indicate what color family they are. Use a different dot for each color family.

For the reinkers which all come with white tops that do not match the color of the bottle, take a 1/8" punch and punch out coordinating paper for each bottle. Use a glue dot to attach it to the white top. Now you can see the color without lifting the bottle. Enjoy!
