Tuesday Tool - Sanding Blocks

Hi Everyone! Today's Tuesday Tool is the Stampin' Up Sanding Blocks. They come in a package of two and they have a multi-purpose use.

Sanding Blocks are great to:
  • Distress paper surfaces and edges
  • Sand Chipboard edges
  • Take the film off of stamps so that they ink well
  • Sand rough edges when cardstock is punched
  • Sand rough edges when cardstock did not cut clean in a paper trimmer

Try This:

Use the embossing texture plates to create an embossed image on Designer Series Paper. Then use a sanding block on the raised design and it will take the color off the top revealing the white middle of the DSP. This really makes the design of the texture POP!
