Hi Everyone! I wish you a Happy and Safe Memorial Day! Today's share is a birthday card I made using the new builder wheels and July Fourth Stamp Set. Again, the builder wheels allow you to customize your stamp up to three different images. Plus, when you purchase an Uninked Triple Cell Cartridge, you can create your own color combination with any of Stampin' Up's ink refills. Enjoy!
