Hi Everyone! It's Technique Thursday. I am using the Scallop Edge Punch to create a quick and easy Medallion Card for Halloween. This week's projects have incorporated Stampin' Up Punches which are another alternative and or accessory to stamps. If you would like to purchase any of the punches featured, click here. Enjoy!
