What's Up Wednesday - Stampin' Up Color Refresh! (10 New Colors!)

Good Morning Everyone! When Stampin' Up did a big color renovation in 2010, plans were made for smaller color refreshes every 3 to 5 years to keep the current colors on trend. Well it has been three years and now for the upcoming 2013- 2014 annual catalog, Stampin' Up is announcing 10 new colors, most of which are returning In Colors from previous years!

WHAT THE REFRESH LOOKS LIKE.

Q: What are the new core colors, and what are the In Colors that are returning as core colors?
A: The one new color is called Smoky Slate. The nine returning In Colors as core colors are Bermuda Bay, Blushing Bride, Calypso Coral, Crushed Curry, Island Indigo, Pear Pizzazz, Pool Party, Soft Sky, and Wisteria Wonder. 

Q: Will colors be retired in My Digital Studio?
A: We do not retire colors or products from My Digital Studio. All retiring colors will stay in your color palette.

Q: Will the new colors be available in My Digital Studio?
A: Yes. A download will be available on June 1 to add the new colors free of charge. Watch for additional downloads for accessories in new core colors after that time. 

Q: When will the new color kit be available to customers?
A: The new color kit will be available for customers starting May 31. The kit will be available through the catalog year.

Stampin' Up New Color Renovation!

Hi Everyone! As many of you have heard by now, Stampin' Up will have a New Color Renovation starting July 1, 2010. Many colors from the past will make a return as well as 5 new colors. However, with this great news, some of our favorite colors will retire. Although this may seem scary, this is just a new beginning.

Our 5 New Colors are Marina Mist, Daffodil Delight, Cherry Cobbler, Cajun Craze, and Early Espresso.

Our 10 Returning Colors are Baja Breeze, Melon Mambo, Pink Pirouette, Rich Razzleberry, Riding Hood Red, River Rock, Soft Suede, Tangerine Tango, and Wild Wasabi.

Our Retiring Colors are Pink Passion, Pixie Pink, Pale Plum, Orchid Opulence, Lovely Lilac, Lavender Lace, Almost Amethyst, Bordering Blue, Brocade Blue, Ballet Blue, Brilliant Blue, Taken with Teal, Glorious Green, Handsome Hunter, Sage Shadow, Mellow Moss, Green Galore, Gable Green, Barely Banana, Yoyo Yellow, Summer Sun, Apricot Appeal, Only Orange, Really Rust, Ruby Red, Cameo Coral, Blush Blossom, Creamy Caramel, Close to Cocoa, and Going Gray.

From now until the end of June, you can stock up on all of the retiring inks, reinkers, papers, ribbons, and other accessories. Remember once they are gone, they will no longer be available.
