Good Morning Everyone! My Try It Thursday Share is a Thinking of You Card created with the Stampin' Up! Succulent Framelits Dies. Jennifer Cerizo designed the original version, but I changed the colors, paper, and flower details to make it my own. Not only is this card easy to assemble, but also, it shows another way to use the Succulent Framelits Dies. Plus, these dies are at a great discount on the Retirement List!

Peanuts and Peppers Crafting Pointers:

The base of this card is 4 1/4" x 11", which means you can get two cards from one sheet of card stock.
I used the 2016-2018 In Colors Designer Series Paper Stack on the background layers.
The flower was created using two of Succulent Framelits Dies.
The sentiment comes from Window Shopping stamp set
I embellished with a Metal Rimmed Pearl and Peekaboo Peach Ruched Ribbon.

Good Morning Everyone! My Try It Thursday share is a Center Step Card created with the Stampin' Up! Weather Together stamp set. Not only does this set contain images and sentiments, but it also coordinates with the Umbrella Weather Framelits Dies. I used the In Color 2016-2018 Envelope Paper on the card base. I then created a focal point with the Layering Squares Framelits Dies. Next, I stamped and colored the flowers and rain, and adhered my die cut umbrella and clouds. I finally finished the card off by adding a sentiment from the stamp set, and embellishing with Baker's Twine and Pearls. I love how you can mix and match all of the card elements!

Good Morning Everyone! I hope you had a great weekend! My Make It Monday share is an Easy Gate Fold Card created with the Stampin' Up! Badges & Banners stamp set. Not only does it coordinate with the Best Badge punch, but the two banner sentiments coordinate with the Dual Banner Punch as well. I used the 2016-2018 In Color Envelope Paper on the background. I then added a focal point with the badge image and the new Layering Squares Framelits dies. Next, I attached a floral spray using the Botanical Builder Framelits dies. Finally, embellished with Pearls.
I see so many possibilities with the Badges and Banners stamp set and I know it will be a favorite of yours too!

Whisper White Card Base: 4 1/4" x 11" (Score at 2 3/4" on each end to form a Gate Fold)

Good Morning Everyone! My Try It Thursday share comes from the Stampin' Up! May 2016 Paper Pumpkin Kit. When I received my kit last month, I was delighted to see the Many Manly Occasions stamp set, 8 laser cut card bases, envelopes, die-cut stickers, and a few other accessories to make Manly Cards for various occasions. For those of you who are not familiar with this program, it is a monthly creative escape that lets you create cards and paper craft projects using stamps, ink, card stock, and accessories all in one pretty red box! The only other products you need to complete each project are scissors and adhesive which mostly everyone has at home. If you don't have a lot of time and space, or don't want to spend a lot on crafting products, then Paper Pumpkin is for you. Although the project for this month was already fantastic and easy to assemble, I decided to jazz up this kit just little bit more. I used the Stampin' Up! Balloon Bouquet Punch and Whisper White Baker's Twine to transform the first card into a Birthday Card . Then I added tools and sentiments from the Stampin' Up! Guy Greetings stamp set on the second card; for a Father's Day card. Notice how I incorporated the New In Color, Dapper Denim. Not only was this project more special, but also the added bonus was that I had a set of stamps and ink left that I could use on something else!

They highlight the New In Colors 2016 Dapper Denim, Emerald Envy, Flirty Flamingo, Peekaboo Peach, and Sweet Sugarplum. I used the New Layering Squares Framelits Dies on the background. I then made a focal point with the flower images and Swirly Scribbles Thinlits dies. Next, I adhered my sentiment from the Thoughtful Banners stamp set. Not only is it very versatile, but also it has a coordinating punch as well. Finally, I embellished with Basic Black Baker's Twine and Basic Black Candy Dots. Easy and quick, these note cards are perfect for a variety of occasions!
