Good Morning Everyone! My Fantastic Friday Share is a Faux Lattice Thinking of You Card created with the Stampin' Up! Garden Wishes stamp set and coordinating Dandy Wishes dies. This was my January 2021 Artisan Tips and Techniques Post. I used the Dandy Garden 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper on the background. Then I created the Faux Lattice using the Best Plaid Builder Dies. Not only is this tip Quick and Easy, but also it shows you how to stretch your Dies further.
Card Measurements:
Calypso Coral Base: 4 1/4" x 11"
Dandy Garden Designer Series Paper Layer: 5 1/4" x 4"
Step 1. Layer
a 5 ¼“ x 4“ piece of Dandy Garden 6“ x 6“ Designer Series Paper on a 4 ¼“ x 11“
Calypso Coral Card Base. Then place the Largest Layering Ovals die on top, and
run this sandwich through the Stampin‘ Cut And Emboss Machine to make a window.
Step 2. Die cut 2 pieces of Card Stock using the Best
Plaid Buider Dies.
Step 3. Use adhesive to join both pieces together to form the Lattice.
Step 4. Adhere the “Faux Lattice” to the inside of the card base and trim off the edges. Place another piece of 5 ¼” x 4” Calypso Coral card stock over the backside to finish it off.
