Good Morning Everyone! I hope you had a great weekend! My Make Monday Share is a Double Pleated Fancy Fold Card created with the Stampin' Up! Easter Promise stamp set. Cased from Julie DeGuia, I changed the stamp, paper, and ink for an alternative project. I used the Parisian 3D Embossing Folder on the background, Then, I created the pleats using a piece of Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper still left in my stash. Next, I colored the flowers using Highland Heather and Granny Apple Green Stampin' Blends markers. Finally, I added my sentiment and embellished Gorgeous Grape Mini Striped Ribbon and Rhinestone Basic Jewels. I love how all the elements came together!
Card Measurements:
Highland Heather Card Base: 4 1/4" x 11
Granny Apple Green Card Layer: 5 1/4" x 4"
Whisper White Card Layer: 5" x 3 3/4"
Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper Layer: 5 3/8" x 10" (Score at 1, 1 1/2", 2 1/2", 3", 4", 4 1/2", 5 1/2", 6", 7", 7 1/2", 8 1/2" and 9". On the long sides put a tic mark at 4 1/2" and 5 1/2". Then turn on the sides and put a tic mark at 2 3/16" and 3 3/16". Line the marks up on the Stampin' Trimmer and cut four diagonals. Then folder the Designer Series Paper back and forth to make the pleats.
