Try It Thursday - Stampin' Up Dress Up Framelits Birthday Card

Good Morning Everyone! My Try It Thursday share is another Birthday Card created with the Stampin' Up Dress Up Framelits dies. Can you tell I can't just get enough of them? For this card, I wanted to jazz up the dress form and dress. I used circle punches to add a head and a matching flower-adorned hat. I then added a faux pearl necklace and ribbon bow belt. My sentiment is made with the new Stampin' Up Round Array stamp set and coordinating scallop circle punch. Does she look like she's ready to celebrate her birthday in style? I sure think so!
