Try It Thursday - Stampin' Up Pure Gumption Graduation Chalk Board Technique Card

Good Morning Everyone! My Try It Thursday share is another Chalk Board Technique card created with the Stampin' Up Pure Gumption stamp set. Using a tutorial designed by Becky Roberts, I made my faux chalkboard with the Stampin' Up Woodgrain background stamp. I then stamped pennants with the Stampin' Up Pennant Parade stamp set and punched them out with the Petite Pennants Builder Punch. Finally, I added a diploma made with Whisper White card stock and added a Real Red bow. Who wants to go to the head of the class now? Card Measurements:
Basic Black Card Base: 4 1/4" x 11"
Soft Suede Card Layers: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" cut into 1/2" strips (two vertically and two horizontally)

Paper: Basic Black, Soft Suede, Whisper White

Ink: Real Red, Soft Suede, Whisper White

Stamp: Pure Gumption, Woodgrain

Accessories: Petite Pennants Builder Punch, Real Red Ribbon, Whisper White Baker's Twine, Whisper White Watercolor Pencil
