Try It Thursday - Stampin' Up Floral Frames Birthday Card
Thursday, June 21, 2012
Happy Thursday Everyone! My Try It Thursday Share is a birthday card made with the Stampin' Up Floral Frames Dies. I knew when I saw this set I wanted it right away. I love all things flowers! What's really nice is the coordinating stamp set, Daydream Medallions that compliments the Floral Frames. Today, I wanted to show you that you could make the flower with just using card stock. I cut two flowers for the first four frame dies in the set. Next, I ran them through the paper crimper to break down the paper fibers and pulled them apart. Finally, I balled and unfolded each of the flowers. To hold the flower together, I added a brad and a button to the center. I used Baker's Twine and my sentiment to finish it off. I think it came out very pretty and it was easy to create. Give the new Stampin' Up Floral Frames Die a try today!

ReplyDeleteI am so glad you like it Cherie! I will get the coordinating stamp set when I go to Convention, but I wanted to see what I could create with just the dies.
