Stampin' Up Pennant Parade Birthday Card

Happy Monday from rainy Southern Louisiana! My share for today is a card that was made during my Birthday Bash Class held this past week. We used the New Stampin' Up Pennant Parade Stamp Set and the New Petite Pennants Builder Punch. The New Baja Breeze 1/8" Taffeta Ribbon was the perfect border for the Just Eat Cake Designer Series Paper. This card was simple and could be made in 5 minutes. Enjoy!
