How to Make Faux Alligator Paper

Hi Everyone! It's Technique Thursday again. This technique will show you how to make Faux Alligator Paper that can be used on scrapbooks, cards or any papercraft project. Enjoy!




1. You will need a Versamark pad, clear embossing powder, black cardstock, a bone folder, and a heat gun.

2. Take the Versamark pad and stamp it all over the black cardstock.

3. Pour clear embossing powder over the Versamarked stamped cardstock.

4. Take the bone folder and draw lines through the cardstock. Uneven lines give the best result.

5. Emboss the cardstock with the heat gun.

6. You now have Faux Alligator Paper.

6. Use your Faux Alligator Paper to complete your project.
