Hi Everyone! I was so excited to get my package from SU last week! I created this card using the New In Colors and the New Kind & Caring Thoughts Stamp Set. I also used the Embossing Technique I posted on last Thursday. Accordingly, this card was submitted to the Challenge Blogspot for the Challenge of the Week.
We now have a "Design Team", which I am a member of. The team was established to show various ways to complete the weekly challenges. As of this moment, there are 3 of us on the 5 Member Team which we believe will grow quickly. If you are or anyone else is interested in being apart of this great experience, please submit a project that shows your creativity, technique, and style in an email to the gmail account on the Challenge Blog. http://thesistahs-challenges.blogspot.com/Paper: Soft Suede, Crushed Curry, Whisper White
Ink: Soft Suede, Whisper White Craft
Stamp: Kind & Caring Thoughts
Accessories: Soft Suede Polka Dot Grosgrain Ribbon, Eyelet Border Punch, Brads, MS Butterfly punch, Embossing Powder, Heat Gun

ReplyDeleteThe card is beautiful. Butterflies are one of my favorites. Now this is NOT fair to be creating with the new Stampin' Up! products when my pre-order has not arrived YET!!!! Aren't the new In Colors the best.
ReplyDeleteThank you both for your kind words. I'm liking the New In Colors alot! Plus, the ribbon is just simply beautiful - dots on on side and plain grosgrain on the other. I've started my second order:)

ReplyDeleteLisa, I love, love your card. I'm also beginning to embrace the new In Colors. You made them oh so inspiring. I can't wait until I get home so I can start creating too with my new stuff. Until them, I'll just enjoy yours. Keep Creating!!
