Wedding Scallop Dress Card!

I wanted to make one more Scallop Dress Card, but make it for a special occassion. I incorporated embossed vellum paper to give the dress a fancy look. Enjoy!

Paper: Whisper White, Bazzill Black, KI Memories, Vellum

Ink: Archiver's Black Ink

Stamp: Oval All

Accessories: Whisper White Taffeta Ribbon, Valet Ribbon, Bling, Scallop Edge Punch, Nestabilities Scallop Ovals, EK Success Shoe Punch, Scallop Oval Punch, Large Oval Punch, Cuttlebug Birds and Swirls Embossing Folder, Big Shot
