I used the How Sweet It Is Designer Series Paper and Layering Squares Framelits Dies on the background, then I stamped the Cupcake in coordinating colors. Card Measurements:
Gorgeous Grape Card Base: 5 1/2" x 8 1/2"
How Sweet It Is Designer Series Paper Layer: 4" x 1 3/4"
Melon Mambo Inside Card Layer: 5 1/4" x 4"
Whisper White Inside Card Layer: 5" x 3 3/4"
(Score Card Base at 4 1/4". Line the 8 1/2" side of the Base at 3" on the Stampin' Trimmer. Cut down from 2 1/2" to 4 7/8". Next Line the 5 1/2" side of the Base at 3" on the Stampin' Trimmer. Cut up to 5/8". Carefully flip the Corner so that it Square with the Card Base. Crease with a Bone Folder.)
