Good Morning Everyone! My Make It Monday share comes from the Stampin' Up! September 2016 Paper Pumpkin Kit. When I received my kit last month, I was delighted to see the Something Good To Eat stamp set, 16 plastic food-safe tubes, adhesive banners, linen thread, and a few other accessories to make treats for Fall, Halloween, and other occasions. For those of you who are not familiar with this program, it is a monthly creative escape that lets you create cards and paper craft projects using stamps, ink, card stock, and accessories all in one pretty red box! The only other products you need to complete each project are scissors and adhesive which mostly everyone has at home. If you don't have a lot of time and space, or don't want to spend a lot on crafting products, then Paper Pumpkin is for you. Although the project for this month was already fantastic and easy to assemble, I decided to jazz up this kit just little bit more. I used Basic Black, Crushed Curry, and Pumpkin Pie card stock to create holders for each of the food-safe tubes. I then added layers of Halloween Night and Petals & Paisleys Designer Series Paper to the background. Next, I stamped images from the Spooky Fun and Grateful Bunch stamp sets, and cut them out with the coordinating Halloween Scene Edgelits Dies and Blossom Punch. These were them added to the front of each holder using the Layering Circles Framelits Dies. Finally, I filled each tube with candy, adhered a banner and tied a matching tag. This kit was so much fun!
