Good Morning Everyone! My Make It Monday share comes from the Stampin' Up! Birthday Bundle Paper Pumpkin Kit. When I received my kit last month, I was delighted to see 6 card bases, 4 printed die-cut bags, 4 accent sheets, tissue paper, envelopes, and a few other accessories to make Birthday Cards and coordinating Birthday Gift Bags! For those of you who are not familiar with this program, it is a monthly creative escape that lets you create cards and paper craft projects using stamps, ink, card stock, and accessories all in one pretty red box! The only other products you need to complete each project are scissors and adhesive which mostly everyone has at home. If you don't have a lot of time and space, or don't want to spend a lot on crafting products, then Paper Pumpkin is for you. Although the project for this month was already fantastic and easy to assemble, I decided to jazz up the cards and bags just little bit more. I used the balloon stamp in the set to dress up my card sentiment; adding extra banners and Candy Dots. Notice how I carried the Birthday Theme over to the envelope. Next I went to work on the Gift Bag. I used the Stampin' Up! Balloon Framelits Dies to add a pennant and tassel to my balloon; then I embellished with an additional Candy Dot. Not only are these projects more special, but also the added bonus was that I had a set of stamps and ink left that I could use on something else! Sign up by the 10th of the month to enroll.
