Stampin' Up Scallop Circle Accordion Flowers Tutorial

Good Morning Everyone! Today I'm sharing another Technique Thursday where I will show you how easy it is to make Scallop Circle Punch Accordion Flowers. These flowers are featured on page 123 of the New Stampin' Up Idea Book and Catalog 2010 - 2011. If you don't have a copy of it, you can download it from my right sidebar. The flowers can be made with the regular scallop circle punch for small flowers and the new 2 3/8 scallop circle punch for large flowers. If you would like to order these punches, click here. Enjoy!

1. You will need the Scallop Circle Punch, cardstock, adhesive, brad or button.

2. Punch out two scallop circles per flower.

3. Fold the scallop circle in half.

4. Fold the scallop circle in half again.

5. Continue folding until each scallop is scored down the middle.

6. Use scissors and cut down until you reach the middle of one scallop. It doesn't matter which one.

7. Accordion Fold the scallop circle until you reach the end. Repeat this same process with the second scallop circle.

8. Use Adhesive to attach both ends of each accordion folded scallop circle. Add a brad or button to the center.
