Tuesday Tool - Stampin' Ink Spots

Hi Everyone! Today's Tuesday Tool are the Stampin' Up Spots. They are available in each of the Stampin' Up Color Families and are convenient for traveling.

Features & Benefits

  • Approximately 1" x 1"

  • 4 color family sets in exclusive Stampin’ Up! colors: Rich Regals, Soft Subtles, Bold Brights, Earth Elements

  • Coordinate with exclusive card stock, pastels, and markers

  • Pigment ink

  • Slightly raised foam pad

  • Opaque look on colored card stock

  • For use in scrapbooks as well as on wood, fabric (see FYI), and other craft items

  • Great for embossing

These Craft Stampin’ Spots combine the versatility and portability of a small pad with Stampin’ Up!’s rich pigment inks. These 1" pads also use the same ink as the full-size pads, in the same colors, with coordinating card stock, pastels, and markers. For a fairly small investment, you’ll have a great palette of colors!

FYI

Due to the small size of these pads and the thicker ink, you might need to frequently re-ink the pads with Craft ink refills.

If the ink pad is full, store the Spot right-side up to prevent leaking.
Wash stamps immediately after stamping.

You’ll get better results on fabric if the pad is well inked. Be sure to hold the inked stamp on the fabric for at least 30 seconds. For best results when stamping on fabric, use a tightly woven or smooth finished fabric and heat set. Line dry stamped fabrics to avoid fading. Always pretest the ink on a small swatch of fabric, as fabric finishes vary greatly. Be sure to prewash all of your fabrics before stamping.

The following colors do not work well on fabrics: Only Orange, Really Rust, More Mustard, and Whisper White.

As with any product containing dye, colors may vary somewhat among dye lots. The dyes are monitored continually for any significant change, but slight variations in the color are not considered defects.
