Q: Do customers have to place their orders online to get the special discounts?

A: No. Demonstrator, customer, workshop, and online orders all qualify for this promotion.

Q: Are sale items only while supplies last?

A: With the exception of the Ultimate Stampers' Starter Bundle, all sale prices will be honored through the sales period, even if items go on backorder. Please note: The Ultimate Stampers' Starter Bundle is only available in a limited quantity; if we run out of any of the products included in this bundle, the bundle will no longer be available and the sale price will no longer be honored.

Q: Do you anticipate running out of any of the sale items?

A: While we try to accurately predict what will happen during a promotion, sometimes there are unanticipated outcomes. We have run forecasts and built supplies to prepare for this promotion, but just as is the case with any product, sometimes the forecasts don't predict actual behavior and items do go on backorder.
